This week I sit down with Stephen Scarnato. Stephen is the owner of Long Island Vine Care, a group that grows and manages boutique vineyards for private owners. From growing the grapes to crafting the wine, they handle every step of the process to create the perfect bottle. Stephen isn’t just passionate about wine – he describes himself as obsessed, taking a personal approach to each and every vine.
