As the founder of Healy Success Solutions Inc., I start each day with the purpose of helping my clients Turn their Prospects into Profits! How do I do it? By building Winning Sales Organizations through the Power of Personal Communication!

I create Consultative Sales Systems which are designed to empower sales teams with the hands-on tools to take any prospect from First Point of Contact to Close! My “Prospect to Profit” Sales Systems are designed to put my clients in control of their own sales process thus allowing them to better qualify and close more business today!

I work directly with business owners, sales management and selling professionals from finance, insurance, industrial manufacturing, social media, digital marketing, information technology, payroll, real estate, as well as law.

Since 2008 I have developed a specialty working with Financial Advisors and Financial Advisory Producer Groups, helping them create significant year-over-year growth. Specific strategies include: “Developing Your Group’s Vision for Success”, “Building Retention through Client Service” as well as “Staff Development and Process Optimization”. These strategies have helped groups enjoy increased individual and team production as well as increased client retention, improved staff efficiency and brand recognition.
 
Beyond designing custom Consultative Sales Systems, I also develop comprehensive Sales Management Systems for managers with one location to ones with a nationwide presence. These systems offer strategies for running effective Sales Performance Coaching Meetings to Designing KPIs and Compensation Models.

I am also the host of the small business podcast The Profit Express which is available every Wednesday on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. In my quest to help you Win the Battle for Business I have interviewed business legends like George Foreman, Barbara Corcoran, AOL co-founder Steve Case, and Bar Rescue’s Jon Taffer.
