Limiting Your Potential

Motivation through Straight Commission
Way back when, most sales jobs were 100% commission. If you didn’t sell, you didn’t make money. Today, straight commission accounts for only about 17% of jobs. At 4:50, I offer my view on how commission-based sales jobs are a great way to keep you accountable and honest.
